Lead Blogging Engineer Needed - Mountain View CA

At the moment, we are focused on a wide variety of products that is helping to build AOL's online audienceon the Web...products like Webmail storage, AIM pages for Buddies, AOL pictures/Shared photo albums, AOL journals, Alerts and Reminders, Uncut Video, AIM pages and more!

We are looking for an innovative and motivated Sr. Engineer to lead a team of 4-6 working on AOL's blogging products and platform.

Some responsibilities will include contributing significant portions of code to various projects, as well as helping to ensure the software being delivered by the overall team is well thought out and of excellent quality.

Your technical background should include 5 years of web application development for high trafficked environments and a proven ability to produce high quality code utilizing Java, DHTML/XML, HTML, Javascript, CSS, Apache/Tomcat on Linux.
