AOL: Blogging GURU Needed to Lead Team

Are you interested in thinking of, conceptualizing and building cool new products that will help AOL set the standard of what happens next on the Web?

Basically, we are a small team of quick thinking, agile developers and designers and we are committed to stirring up the pot, breaking old conventions and moving a once large and complex organization into a fast moving start-up.

The AOL Mountain View Blogging team is looking for a talented leader who can oversee 4-6 engineers, working on AOL's blogging products and platform.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with 5+ years web application development experience in high traffic environments.

You need to have a proven ability to deliver high quality code utilizing Java, DHTML/XML, HTML, Javascript, CSS APache/Tomcat on Linux.

You must be an excellent communicator and have relevant background either with user interface for mail, connectivity, browser, FDO, etc.
